Delivery time

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days, please keep in mind that orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday can be shipped on Monday/Tuesday.

You will receive an email with the track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. 

*Please note that shipments outside of the European Union (EU) may take longer than usual to arrive. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, customs processing, and other factors.

In cases where the destination country is affected by conflicts, wars, or other extraordinary circumstances, delays may increase significantly. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates under these conditions.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, and any additional customs charges, VAT, or fees incurred due to such delays remain the responsibility of the recipient.

**Letterbox parcels up to 1 kg sent abroad may not be returned if refused or not collected, as they are low-cost mail with tracking but are not registered parcels. Any extra costs incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are a small business following a 100% halal policy, so parcels are not insured, in accordance with Islamic principles.

***We do not cover cost of customs in case od deliveries outside of European Union, these costs we have no control over, they are calculated when products arrive to the country of destination, and you need to pay them for your delivery to be successful. Keep that in mind <3
