You want to return your order? 

If you are unfortunately not satisfied with an order (or part of it), you can return the order. 
Returns are only accepted from consumers within EU/EEA under EU consumer rights law. 
For consumers outside the EU, returns are accepted at our discretion*. 

*Returns from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees when re-entering the EU. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. If such charges are billed to us, they will be deducted from your refund.

Letterbox parcels up to 1 kg sent abroad may not be returned if refused or not collected, as they are low-cost mail with tracking but are not registered parcels. Any extra costs incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are a small business following a 100% halal policy, so parcels are not insured, in accordance with Islamic principles.

There are a number of conditions attached to this:

 

●      Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt or you must report the package as returned within 14 days (the day of receipt is included).

●      If you are too late in returning or registering your return, your order will not be refunded even if you are only 1 day late.

●      If you return your order after the return period has expired, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, so we can ship your return back to you.

●      The shipping costs and return costs are at your own expense, except in case of incorrect shipping from our side.

●      For returns you need to use the return form and send them to our email: info@gamilamuslimah.com 
DONT FORGET TO ADD " Return Request + order number" in the email title. 

●      Returned products must be unworn, in original packaging with any price tag and in good condition.

●      If you return products with no care (stuffed,creased, etc.), we may deduct 10% of the order total amount to be refunded.

●      We do not offer an EXCHANGE  service, if you want a different size or item, please return the item you received at home and order a new item.

●      You will receive the refund amount within 14 days after we have received your returned order.

If you received damaged or incorrect product(s) on our site,
Please in case the product is damaged report it within 48 hours after delivery.
Provide photos of the
damage and packaging (in attachment), so we can send you a prepaid return label.
(If you return it on your own without previously letting us know, we
will not be able to refund shipping costs.)
